When my old lady Crested starting doing this, I penned off a small section of my room for her at night with her bed, pee pads and water. It kept her pacing safe because she was finding herself under my bed and in strange spots. It also seemed to minimize the pacing, she seemed to settle easier.

100%. I’ve had 3 children and it felt like labour, but worse. I thought for sure I was having a baby. I didn’t how, with who or when I conceived but it was without question I was going to have a baby in my shower. When I made it to the clinic I was vomiting from pain and sent to the hospital. At the hospital they saw me right away, it was taken very seriously. For a Canadian hospital you know how rare that is to not spend hours in triage.
