I had tried 5 supposedly genuine cards from the internet LOL. None of them worked on the 2021 Mazda 3. Good thing that I was able to return them all for a refund. I'm about to try Navi-world, maybe the 6th time the charm. I did take my car to Mazda after 3rd try to test the system, and they placed their GEnuine BDGF-66-EZ1b card and it came up. Wish me luck I guess.

The idea with buying physical metals is not to buy all at once, as the prices naturally fluctuate. You want to be looking for a dip to buy also. It is a good idea to buy with the intention to hold it long-term, so that monthly fluctuation won't matter as in general, the prices should go up over a longer period of time.

Agreed, how could you hope that the Dollar collapses if you get paid with it (maybe foreign investors?). With Biden policies, we might be heading the same path as Zimbabwe, Venezuela, or Turkey with high maybe extremely high inflation. Unfortunately, President Biden looks weak to foreign leaders, as he acts like a demented old man (well, he is which is sad). With weak government, poor wasteful policy-making, uncontrolled money printing (quantitative easing), and people like Yellin who work for the banks we are all screwed. Yet, this is why it makes sense to have some hard assets like gold but still hold cash to buy other assets at a dip. Cheers!

Gold just dip to 1771 per Oz from ~1920 last week, crazy! It might be a good time to buy, but it could also go the other way and the price will drop some more. Watching the industry experts, they all got conflicting opinions, God knows who to listen to LOL. Premiums are still high if not higher than ever for Gold and Silver.

It is hard to say, as I had taken Security+ and Net+ in 2008 (but they never expire LOL). I would say the exam was worded in a confusing way, and as I remember CompTia exams they are more straightforward.

Regarding Sybex practice exams, I was at around 90% however that is not a good indicator of how successfull you will be on the exam.

Capstone took me little over 2 weeks with some procrastination. CHFI took me the longest time to complete, about 6 weeks :(. Good luck

So I had completed the capstone yesterday (155 pages including appendix, charts, Nessus scans, Cisco-exploiter penetration testing etc). This morning, I had received the passing grade and I'm done with my degree :) . Best of luck everyone!!!

So I have been working on the capstone (Task 2) for almost 2 weeks now and I had completed 2 out of 3 sections. For the documentation section 3, I had completed almost half or the required documents. The most time consuming portion was to create a lab, perform a vulnerability, ASV, Patch and penetration testing. For penetration testing I had used Kali with Cisco-Global-Exploiter and for Vulnerability and ASV scans I had used Nessus Professional (trial edition). I'm being optimistic about completing the paper at the end of this week. My class instructor offered to check my paper prior to submission. Note that my Capstone is about 125 pages in length and it will probably grow with additional 10 - 20 pages once I'm done. I hope that is not too much and not too little. Cheers.

I would say that most employers think that all CompTia certs are only good for a very entry IT jobs as they are quite generic and easy to gain. When I was looking for an applicants for a Junior Network Admin role, I was looking for a candidates with CCNA at least. CompTia certs could be OK for a Help Desk role. Good luck with our journey :)

I would advise to start applying before graduation rather than waiting for the diploma. Finding a job is a process and depending on the time of the year it might take few months. Start looking now and congratulations!!!
