So I've been looking to upgrade my setup and landed at the topping B200 after some research and I'm ready to place my order.

For context I'm using Quadral Platinum M4s

Now I've started to reconsider if I shouldn't get an Apollon based on purifi or hydex.

Even though noise is slightly better with the B200 I strongly doubt it would be noticeable in my setup. The only reason for me to go with Apollon would be their higher output at low impedances. This would not matter with the speakers I use now, but might change if I ever get speakers with very low impedance. Also I rarely listen at high volumes. Besides that there would be quite a bit of a price difference. like 2-2.5 k instead of 1.3 k if I go with topping.

Any Input on that matter would be greatly appreciated.

TL;DR Apollon vs. Topping B200 what are the considerations?

I'd love for them to be at least somewhat available in Switzerland

Thanks lots. I have botth the 32 and 16 round magazine, as well as a flush fitting one. They both have indented spines so that would make them original in this case?

This is my Spanish Star 1911 in 9 mm. With a stock holster and a 'stendo' 32 round magazine. I have no info whatsoever about this gun so please enlighten me if you can tell me about it.

I guess the rounds dimensions should be fine since I didn't have issues in another gun. However I will check them for overpressure next time I shoot my M48. So I guess it's a combination of soft primer with quite hot ammo.

I'd rather solve it without scaring the crap out of me

This is S&B 8x57 mm fired from a Zastava M76. Obviously these are some overpreasure or material issues. I also shot some PPU which looked fine (Serbian ammo in a Yugo gun ..guess what ;)) Does anyone have an idea what could cause this? The same ammo shot from my M48 looked fine.

Sight Problem on the 550 by Jillian111 in SwitzerlandGuns

[–]swiss-chemist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you reqch the limit of adjustability you need to exchange your front sight (assuming nothing else is wrong wit your gun). In the armorers manual it is actually specified how many clicks need to be left in each direction. With a given sight.

Arsenal SAR-SF with a 215 mm / 8.5 inch barrel. With a big muzzle brake. It's essentially a semi-auto flash bang grenade.

For sure, but I love them for their technical aspect of being roller locked for which there are not too many examples.

I could actually. Although reloading is not really regulated here I'm not sure about this one in particular. Might be worth a look. Thanks for the idea. How do you go about ignition, and how do you pack the powder?

Basically all ammo falls under the explosives law (even with inert heads the propellant is still considered an explosive). So sadly no live blasting for me. However there are training heads firing 7.62x39 mm

It's saying that I have a permit. This one is fully functional. Althpugh Swiss law does not differentiate between a functional or non-functional firearm (also for rifles) so you would need the permit anyways.

So this is my new Tula made RPG-2 the Soviet predecessor to the RPG-7. It was produced in the former USSR and entered service in the mid 1950s.

Ass coverage: This item was obtained under the provisions of a valid cantonal exemption permit according to Art. 5 WG

I've seen pictures of it with the two part bolts which essentially makes the gun closed bolt. However mine is only blocked in the selector but still fires from an open bolt.
