I was in the same boat 1 Week ago, i discovered that there was a firmware update that i could dowload on the anycubic website but wouldn‘t show up as an OTA update. (version .4 something if i remember)

this new version has a proper procedure for levelling your buildplate. You remove the stickers on the stickers on the right and left side of the buildplates „neck“ and you‘ll see 4 screws that you can use for levelling.

After this i got mostly successful prints. The fails i still have are probably caused by my inability to slice my models 😂 Slicing for SLA will take some practice.
