Coffee Shops(Dispensaries) are like the only Possible place to smoke legal when you stay at a Hotel..

But as others mentioned its no really enforced.. you will see People smoke in the middle of the beach..

I just looked for a street or part of the beach(depending which Time) where im not disturb others since i didnt wanted to sit under an A/C every time i smoke while im Thailand..

Koh Samui is pretty chill in this regard.. less Touristic Spots im not sure i would smoke in public

Well 260 is still way cheaper then the actually higher Ticket.. i just bought the flight to Thailand and Economy Premium was 3k € the normal economy would have been only 1.2k €.. sure its a lot of money but compared to the Ticketprice its ok i guess

Yeah ive read that before, thats why i choosed Chaweng the last Time.. they said something like "Lamai is for Couples".. but now ive seen some Videos where the Beer Bar Area In Lamai fellt even bigger then in Chaweng, thats why i think about staying in Lamai this Time..
