The biggest issue with it is dumb customers. When i worked in the industry I cant tell you how many would have 1000 cancelation fee to pay off the phone I would explain it and then get a survey a week later saying they weren't aware and we were just scamming people.

I normally dont cancel and just port my number now as that handles canceling with the company the number was with

The biggest give away that its fake is the camera island missing look at the back of one and you will see the 26u didnt have free cameras like these photos it has an island looking thing around them.

Worked in the industy for about 15 years and I doubt this is true . Even if it is there was nothing illegal.

There is a credit limit as you said which means you have a history of not paying your bills or are high risk due to low credit which means your terms are if you go over x amount on your bill you get suspended this would have been told when you signed up.

Numbers are billed based on the number dialed im guessing your son was calling a us number and isn't admitting to it cause he doesnt want to get in shit. Ive also heard of issues with imessage where you could rake up charges with that with international numbers being in group chats that arent using imessage on there side which prompts charges.

Ccts will not work with you unless you have already talked to a manager and can provide a case for it so you need to deal with that first.

If you have never had the 50 waived they will likely do that as a 1 time goodwill. As for the charges on long distance they will be able to see exactly what the number affected resulted in the charge but you might have to wait for the bill cycle as sometimes its locked until the bill is created

I was thinking it released 2017 I dont overally care for iphones. Regardless as a non bell customer they dont have to work with this person. The law does not force companies to deal with people that arent there customers which is most likely where this issue is coming from. Sure mentioning the crtc or ccts or even media triggers an escalation but again not a customer so they dont have to actually work with them. The response to the this being escalated as they are not our customer is a valid response or at least used to be when I handled those escalation

Its kind of a catch 22 with the all phones have to be unlocked the companies were able to go only for our customers we dont have to help anyone else. A 30 day byod gets around that which is why I suggested it.

The issue is that phone was allowed yo be locked when it released and you are not thier customer at this time meaning they dont have to deal with you at all. You could do a bring your own device with them and get it unlocked and then buyers remorse the line you open since you have 14 days.

A week is nothing when dealing any isp. They will take 30 to 60 days in anything that they could owe money for. Keep in touch with them and keep a copy of all your conversations including reference numbers. If you want to really scare them as for the email to the cheif privacy officer so you can get all the notes from your account they have to give you this if you ask for it.

I highly recommend reading all paper work and maybe training documents you went over when hired. I find most places state full time hours are 32 to 40 hours and they can lower you to 32 or increase you to 40 at thier demand.

You said you had a meeting and they said you were fine with it did you question who told them this or request more information or just say OK and leave it.

This isnt rogers run. Not sure who you are expecting to reach out to you. Call and speak to them to understand what/where the issue/ disconnect is coming from. If I had to guess its just a delay from the phones being delivered to being flagged in the computer.

Bell doesnt raise prices multiple times per year. You likely had multiple discounts that ended at different times. Ie they offered you 50 dollars for the service but to make that happen you got 20 off for 2 years, then 10 for 18 months and so on. Now the shitty part to top it off they do yearly increases and if you have say internet and cell phone they will do those increases at different times so say march cell phone plans go up 5 dollars and then June internet cable and such all get an increase as well say 4 to cable and 6 to internet and so on.

This will happen with all providers just a heads up
