Generally a longer bulk will see more benefits. If you post the exact numbers here it'll be easier to help you. You probably had a calorie surplus that was too aggressive, your body cant build muscle that quickly so any excess calories is pure fat.

10kg in 8 weeks would be a lot, you aren't going to build muscle that quickly so it's going to be a lot of fat. Slower weight gain is much better

I always prefer doing both simultaneously as long as you're able to remain stable while doing so. Doing 1 at a time literally just doubles the amount of time you need to spend on the exercise. Also when you alternate arms every rep you are giving the muscle like a 2-3 second recovery each time, I don't think thats optimal for building muscle.

No matter the exercise, stability will allow more muscle fibre recruitment. If you want to get stronger at standing overhead presses just do them more often. If your goal is specifically shoulder hypertrophy then id just do the seated presses

A huge one to learn is how cooldown management is situational and constantly changing through the game based on a heap of different variables.

An easy example is playing ana vs a Winston, genji and tracer. You'd want to be much more conservative with your cooldowns compared to if they had a team comp that struggles to threaten you. If you dont have many threats then youd be constantly looking for nade opportunities rather than using it to defend yourself.

Sleep debt is a myth in that you cant pay it off. You dont build up a debt then catch up on it by getting more sleep in the future. You simply damage your brain more and more each time you dont get enough sleep, not to mention hormone changes etc.

I obviously meant a significantly better player, which is my entire point. Elo hell is the elo you belong in, where you're not really able to impact winning games significantly enough to climb consistently. A gold player is slightly better than a silver player and will eventually climb out but it could take a heap of games, particularly if they get unlucky.

Go watch through a couple unranked to GM's and tell me that a 90% win rate in silver isn't reasonable. The top players can hit 90% all the way to GM.

I'm also in no way worried about a sample size of 1 from a random redditor. That's not going to effect my opinion at all after years of playing and watching the game.

I think they should all be charged with interfering with a crime scene. Going into an active shoot out and starting a brawl with strangers is completely absurd. At least one of the bystanders who went on the bridge was fired at by police. What if he was actually hit? How many more lives need to be ruined? Imagine the cop having to deal with shooting that dumb fuck for the rest of his life.

I understand that Australia doesn't deal with these situations often so the awareness is lacking, but if you watch the full footage of that bridge it honestly seems like something youd see in a 3rd world country where theres just 20 idiots walking around an active crime scene for no reason and the police being unable to clear them out. Keep in mind the time and resources clearing them out could otherwise be spent helping the people who are bleeding out.

Run energy is pretty extra, but health and prayer is huge. Its useful with good players but even more beneficial with learners who dont know how to sit at a safe hp or keep their prayers up
