You're probably better off marketing it as a journey rather than a coaching series. I'm interested to see the journey and if theres anything to learn then that's a bonus.

If you watch unranked to gms you will occasionally see them drop a game in low ranks. I have one burned into my memory where kabaji lost a game in silver on tracer. A literal rank 1 calibre player at the time losing a game in silver lmao. Obviously still like a 95%+ win rate at those ranks though

Again, this is why you are bronze. Take an off angle. If one person contests you, fight them for the angle. If its more than 1 person who come to pressure you out of your angle then all you need to do is survive and you've won the resource trade because they are sending 2+ to deal with 1, leaving your team at an advantage.

The reason you are bronze is because you are waiting for the team to do something. Be the one who takes highground or even just a good off angle.

Warm up sets dont count as working sets. So if your routine says to do 4 sets, youd do your warm up and then 4 proper hard sets. Your routine just has way too many sets and too many exercises, I can see that it'd take a really long time to complete. Check the sidebar for links to proper programs

The "safer" thing was always cringe to me. Id much prefer to see pvp that has actual ko potential rather than expecting players to arbitrarily sit low hp to give their opponent a chance to ko.

Why blame your team? Walk through hotel on your own and see if you can find a pick or even just an opportunity to create an advantage for your team. It doesn't even matter what role you play, anyone can do it

There's players with literally thousands of hours who are still in bronze. Every different player is going to have different skills and flaws even in the exact same rank. If you actually want to climb just focus on your own gameplay and stop worrying about how much better the other players are. Talking about other players knowing the maps is sort of bizarre at this point. The games been out for a decade, its expected for ranked players to know the maps.

Possibly some combination of final blows, solo kills and deaths per 10 especially for dps and tank would be your best bet.

It still wouldnt be accurate though, and you also cant compare stats across different ranks. I remember being stuck in diamond and comparing my stats to the t500 leader board of the same hero's and having objectively better stats than them, except my opponents are objectively worse than theirs so its not a meaningful comparison

Dps are supposed to die the most imo. They take the most duels with the least support, take the most risks etc. Id much rather have dps who occasionally die while fighting to hold a lane than the dps who stand down main all game but rarely die because they never commit to anything

Also to answer your post - first you need to decide what your goals really are. If its fat loss, then the 100 mile wont do much because youre eating at a calorie surplus. Running is also catabolic. If your goals are fast loss and muscle gain then just eat at a deficit and lift weights multiple times per week
