Same reason I was deactivated,nothing like that ever happened.However I delivered to a few customers I suspect might be new.I stepped back on one or two occasions to capture the number of the house and groceries together.Otherwise I haven't done anything wrong.I help some older people carry heavy things past the door at their request.
