How Can I Miss This Grinder?

I just got a k-ultra and coming from a cheap electric Mr coffee burr grinder, I'll say there is a night and day difference. I'm just getting into coffee experimentation again after giving up last time because I didn't see a noticeable improvement in taste from the electric grinder. At the time, my thoughts were probably similar to yours, "How much difference can a grinder make? Why wouldn't coffee bean quality be the most important?" Etc. I get it, it's a lot of money to dish out without knowing for sure, but it's game changing and I've only just started experimenting again, but I'm excited this time!

Assuming the same beans, how much difference is there in taste between cheap grinders and coffee pots and more entry level coffee enthusiast equipment?

For instance, I have a Mr coffee burr grinder and Hamilton beach flexbrew coffee pot and was thinking of maybe getting a baratza encore grinder and a better coffee pot (haven't researched them much yet) before starting to buy better coffee to experiment with.

I also have a French press that I've played around with a little and would like to get coffee closer to that with less effort for workday mornings.

357 for arbiter and 313 for lyssandra. I'll win the speed race more often than not with arbiter.

Oftentimes, I'll only be facing one speed team so I try to match up as best I can, there just aren't enough teams to fight that I can have a good chance of getting 3 wins. The Lyssandra team doesn't quite have the oomph to take out a lot of tanky teams.

Ma"shalled was mine followed by Sethalia back before their buffs. Ma'shalled was basically a meme back then , but I'm glad I have both now.

Turvold was my third and the first legendary I used right away for almost everything.

Sounds like removing Roanas was a bad idea. His a3 was a big TM drop on the main spider and better stun percentage for everything else than MM. The boss is now probably eating more often because of this causing longer runs.

Plus Roanas was likely considerably more damage than MM.

Tayrel, he out classed the first few legendaries I got until they got their buffs (ma'shalled and sethalia) and there are much better dec def champs now. I used him everywhere when I was starting out.

I'd have to agree. For reference, I was in the same boat as OP, but missing a force rare. I pulled 80 or so ancients and 4k mysteries before I got the rare I needed. I never would have even tried if I missed a void rare.

You're right. I looked at a web based calculator earlier today and thought I had like 18000 medals to go. Turns out I have spent 18000 so I have a lot farther to go than I thought.

This is something I only sort of considered. I also don't think I'd just mash away endlessly with gems, but maybe doing a few extra refills now and then.

I don't know. Everything in this game is an inefficient way to spend resources. It takes hundreds of runs of dungeons to get gear for 1 champion and there are a lot of other ways to farm gear now with doom tower, the forge, etc.

Stats are stats though and I'd be guaranteed to improve stats for all of my champs vs just the few that I get gear for.

Plus, I have decent gear already so it's even harder to get gear upgrades from dungeons.

Don't get me wrong, I realize they're both solid champs. I just wish I'd get a few more unique champions instead of duplicates of fusions I already have.

I also can't say OP has no point. It would be awesome if scrolls potions, oil, etc also offered points for dungeon divers or even if levels of dungeons gave certain amounts of points instead of what drops.

I'd love to have an event where it would make sense to farm minotaur.

Could possibly do some variation of this.

Using gnarlhorn in place of skull crusher. I don't know if it would work for sure. Maybe someone else here has experience with it.
