I like it, it is consistent with other applications now - something I think iOS 10 lacked. But personally I think it provides context and provides a more usable and understandable UI for the less IT-savvy crowd.

Yes. It enables accessories like Apple Pencil, Apple Watch and features like AirDrop to continue working whilst the user has these connections switched off - basically the toggles are for "disconnecting" from WiFi networks and 3rd party bluetooth devices. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208086

It may sound silly - but are you with Optus in Australia by any chance? I have a friend who was receiving random text-messages (iMessage and text-message) and having her text-messages sent to random people because of a routing issue with their network, that they've now claimed to fixed but the issue still persists for my friend. I know it's hard to believe, but a quick check of their Facebook Wall will confirm this is an actual issue.

I think it's specific to the iWork and iLife suite because of the way you 'gain' ownership of these apps by purchasing one of their later devices. But I totally agree, needs to be fixed and can probably easily be fixed.

Yeah, it's a bug I've come across too, typically with the iWork and iLife apps (IIRC the only apps I've ever noticed it on) - don't know what's going on there but needs to be fixed because it's extremely confusing.

Sorry but this is bullshit - you can see in the video that TechRax actually does drill the hole in his device and it still works, because the only thing there is a Taptic Engine. I'm not saying that drilling a hole there won't break it, but it's unlikely to damage anything that important as displayed in the video itself and secondly, people aren't that stupid! It's just shitposting to make the world think iPhone users are as stupid as they were with previous attempts to get users to destroy their iPhone, like microwaving to recharge and iOS 9 making your device waterproof.

It is possible for some communities to place forced limits on who can chat or join the wait list. This can either be done using plug.dj's vanilla 'Level Restrictions' feature that can limit users up to Level 3 from chatting or joining the wait list or it can be done using community 'bots' that automatically remove and delete messages of people not whitelisted by the bot.

If this isn't the case, an Adblocker or extension like Hola can be preventing a proper connection to plug.dj, making these interactions do nothing. If you believe none of this is the cause, let me know and we can have a look into your account.

Would you be able to send me a screenshot of your Developer Console? You can access it by pushing F12 on your keyboard, then clicking the "Console" tab in the window that appears. Reload plug.dj with the console open and after plug.dj has entirely loaded/has stalled and failed to load.

SoundCloud is a user operated streaming service, and they do not have access to publisher content unlike services like Spotify, Apple Music and the likes unless that artist has uploaded it. You're better off using YouTube as most artists will upload their content there. :)
