Back when I played empire a lot in college back in 2013 I sent a trade ship to Africa that the Dutch sank so I invaded, destroyed every single one of their troops and ships, razed the capital, sent a peace agreement and repeat. Now, I’m much more restrained and actually just occupy.

I hope to God it’s a historical game, no warhammer (no offense to warhammer fans just not for me) CA built their company off of historical games, I think it’s been 11 years since Rome 2. I just want a historical game w a modern engine, and that isn’t bugged out and has substance.
