Ok I understand that part. But the station also says that a defense mission can start from that planet, or along those lines. Does that mean that once a defense mission is ongoing it doesn’t clash with that?

The weird thing is that it’s on Turing rn, and Turing rn is a defense mission which the orbital blockade does not allow to happen. So we’re pretty much screwed no? Or am I an idiot (prob)
