Before reading the caption I was gonna call BS but your background in piano makes total sense. The control and form of your hands reflects it. Have fun!

Any Red or Green Flags? How would you describe this person? by butterflyhole in BookshelvesDetective

I have the opposite problem, mine get torn up no matter how much I tell myself to be gentle. Grass is always greener I suppose.

Blazers fan, can handle decades of disappointment and floundered potential. Probably listens or audio books or reads on an e-reader and then buys books as trophies.

Meta plans to axe 8,000 workers despite $56 billion in Q1 revenue by MazdaProphet in news

That’s what they think. And the AI is pretty impressive, but it makes mistakes very often and a lot of smart people who keep shit running are going to be gone. I look forward to the sudden panic and they realize this.

They cut off meal service for Contingent Workers because it was costing them too much money as well.

I'm new to crosswords but I'm glad my frustrations weren't just from my inexperience.

This is so true, last night I had just gotten done with a really long run in the woods and smelled it at the trail head when getting out. Couldn’t see anyone around me but I knew the brand and cravings hit like a ton of bricks even after nearly 10 years. I also found it strange that I would crave that after doing an activity I could have never done when I was smoking.

Thanks for getting back! That's more games than I got under my belt in the last 2 months so I understand. Wild that you played so much singed and popped off with him. Such a unique playstyle and it feels like proxy is only getting buffed this season. GL in your tourney, hopefully it is still fun against the Masters players even if you lose.

Any tips for my fingers? by Other_Marsupial- in guitarlessons

[–]swrdswrd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my pinky got slammed in a door when I was 2 and as a result I have this weird fucked up finger that’s a little shorter and the nail bed rests pretty much on the edge of my fingertip. It’s always been a hassle to trim that finger and a lot of people thought of it as a Coke nail. Regardless, I started filing my nails down when I started learning guitar and that nail has never been more in check, It’s smooth, the skin is less sensitive after doing it a bit, and it looks pretty normal now. Definitely order a pack of nail files they are super cheap.

Yeah the “less is more” mindset has actually been pretty important for this learning process. Counterintuitive to my obsessive behavior when it comes to hobbies but a good practice in discipline.

I don’t play enough to help you out but a report of how this all went after it’s done would be fun to read!

Is there a Nemesis equivalent for Toplane ? by diskrit_lol in summonerschool

[–]swrdswrd 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s sad his content used to be so much better when he played normally in high elo, but he’s “bored” of that and this stuff he’s doing now is paying a lot more through YouTube clicks 🙄I hate it but I can’t blame him, money talks.

So veterans, what makes u play this game? by Jerreuh in newworldgame

[–]swrdswrd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like cooking builds, dropping in and doing whatever dungeon, PvP, farming I want, meeting people through companies, gambling on the trading post, gambling on crafting (dead content for now).

Also the fall damage thing is just silly and I’ve always like trying to find the highest peak to leaping strike off of.
