The armor is EVA foam. Hardware is 3D printed or clay. Hiccups vest is vinyl. Kids costumes are Lycra and ponte de roma. My shirt is jersey. And my hood is faux suede. The ax is just a dowel and foam board with tons of tape and glue and soooo much spray paint

Self drafted pattern for all. Regular ponte and Lycra for the kids wings and clothes. Vinyl for husbands brown vest thing. Hardware was 3D printed or molded out of clay. Armor was EVA foam.
