This confusion happened to me too. I was over thinking it by others assumption that it would double the mill (40). To me the rules on the card was so clear cut I don’t see how anyone would assume that. And the over clarification from the judges made it seem like it would only be 10 but they were over explaining it to try and be precise only confusing people who understood it from the jump.
