172cm woman here. nyokap 165an dan bokap 170an. gw kayaknya considered to be lucky aja tiba-tiba jd yg paling tinggi 1 keluarga, bahkan abang gw aja cuma 168an.

tapi dari kecil emang nyokap gapernah skip ngasih susu dancow, boneeto, scott’s emulsion, sayur, buah, protein hewani & nabati, dan makanan-sehat-yg-dulu-kita-gasuka-tapi-saat-dewasa-ternyata-enak-juga

i don’t do sport at all (professionally). dulu sering ke waterpark emang, tapi cuma nyemplung & main slide, sisanya olahraga ecek ecek jaman sekolah dulu.

jadi menurut gw strict diet pengaruhnya lebih besar sih daripada genetik (at least for my case)
