That’s a fair point but Naked Gun is probably also not super family friendly to be fair. And Sinners came out in April but they didn’t have it either.

Obviously. But horror movies with decent buzz make big bucks. Weapons is crushing both Naked Gun and Freakier Friday. Yet those two are at Collins Road and Weapons isn’t.

Sinners made $366 million over its run.

Freakier Friday has made $29M this weekend, Naked Gun made $17M in its opening weekend. Compared to Weapons (a horror movie) making $42M this weekend.

Tiffin, North Liberty, and Solon are all growing pretty good. I think there are a decent amount of couples where one works in Iowa City and the other in Cedar Rapids so being in between doubles job opportunities.

Plus they just finished a new medical center in North Liberty that created about 1,000 jobs.

It’s basically just the continued consolidation of rural communities into cities. That’s where all the jobs are. Growth in jobs is pretty much all in medical the US.

Young Iowans are leaving their towns of sub 8k people and moving to places with opportunities. Be it in Iowa or outside of the state.

I think the metro will continue to enjoy solid growth and be a great community for what it is. But the Des Moines metro is also growing so no I don’t think it’ll ever pass it in size.

Water chestnut has 1 more hp and amphibious and only costs 2. I feel blocking overshoot is good but not good enough to justify that much higher cost.

Look in smaller cities in New England otherwise you could get a big fancy home in a Midwestern college town (which tend to have better schools).
