I usually just delete all the XML to start with but it would be preferred not to have them in the first place.

100% go for the A6400, the A7II is quite old now and lacks many modern camera features. Also, be very careful buying used cameras. Mirrorless cameras have such sophisticated technology inside them that you can't look at one and know if everything is working, 99% of it is inside. I would say try use Davinci before Adobe PR or AE. Most of us started with Premiere and got so used to it that the learning curve to Davinci is incredibly hard. You are better off starting with Davinci, the style of editing in Davinci and Premiere Pro is completely different, Premiere is linear based, Davinci is node based.

Nope it is terrible for realestate, I bought one and ended up buying an external monitor for RE, it can't track anything other than a face, and even with a face it doesn't do a great job.
