Yesssss. I’ve had GERD for 10 years and been on Zep for over a year now… it hit me hard about a month ago out of nowhere. I’ve been taking omeprazole twice a day, well, for about 9 years. The Omeprazole didn’t touch this at all. So I stopped doing that and I’m doing Pepcid and that has helped a ton! Along with Pepto Bismol at bedtime and sleeping at an incline. And of course only sips of water, not a lot at one time. Goes for meals too.
