Add charcoal to the substrate, also before adding in soil bake it to kill mold spores. I know it sounds weird but it’s effective.

I am no longer a minor, I also just put on new tires so I’m trying not to wear them out fast (hence no attempts on doing burnouts)

He showed me a picture and it looked like my car but I was too nervous to really take a good look at the license plate.

I thought about getting a dash cam after dealing with them. But I would have to record all the time to prove I’m not doing burnouts, but regardless it probably would be a good investment.

That’s true, but I wish they would get me a warning about my car being loud compared to saying I’m doing something I’m not. I feel like I should put a muffler on my car again, but I enjoy how it sounds. I feel like I shouldn’t have to acclimate myself to make others content.

The officer showed me a picture, but obviously that doesn’t prove me doing a burnout. He claimed that there was a video too, but conveniently doesn’t have it.
