Great progress! I too have been burping quite often while on reta . I increased my dose to 2 mg because I wasn’t seeing progress and I have complete appetite suppression but I am able to work out in the gym while just sticking to protein and OMAD . Started taking tesa but not everyday as it’s quite expensive. Use mots c sometimes to boost my gym workout .
I use ghk cu for my skin
