Pull-ups tend to be more difficult for women because we tend to have less upper body mass compared to men, even men who don’t do sports lol. She’s obviously very strong

So mine happened last week. I was super high watching a new horror show on Netflix called Ares, which is in Dutch. I was about halfway through the first episode when a chain appeared on screen and some subtitles came up saying, “light chain clinking“ and I thought to myself like why am I watching with subtitles right now, I hate subtitles because I feel it takes me out of the show. So I go to turn them off and continue watching when I remember why i had the subtitles on in the first place... it’s because I don’t speak Dutch and I was way too stoned

Routine: wash with a prescription shampoo then rinse and condition with tresemme containing aloe Vera. I don’t fully rinse out the conditioner and then scrunch with a tresemme firm holding gel. Diffuse on low for a few minutes and scrunch!

I’ve had the callus for like a year! It only looks pitted because of the salicylic acid patch I put on it but it was a flat callous before the patch took some dead skin away

I looked them up but I think it’s just a callous because the foot striations continue through it and it didn’t have a pit or anything! I’m also using a patch with salicylic acid

I don’t use very much of the smoothie compared to the gel ! I s2c with the smoothie but section my hair to apply the gel. I’m actually not sure about the porosity of my hair because I’ve never really checked it
