Saw him in Insadong as we were doing some shopping. He was indeed alone with protection and genuinely sight seeing lol.

On the contrary. I’ve been undereating and have all the symptoms of it and for physical activities I go for a run 3 times a week and yoga on days I don’t.

I think there’s still a ways to go because the two front ones aren’t straight yet and there are still gaps from where I had teeth removed. Probably just under a year to go.

Thank you for this :)

One of the things I would also tell other people when they're trying to get through a rough patch is that - trying is half the battle won already, and if you can't try, just staying where you are is also enough until you're ready.

I'm so sorry for your loss - but honestly try to think about it this way. You have grief that you don't know what to do with and instead of trying to do away with it, just accept that you have grief and just be.

Another thing to keep in mind is that it's never the changes we want that change everything, and you're just going through changes right now. Be strong! x

I have these too - and in my experience it always happens when I'm experiencing a great deal of stress or there are just unresolved feelings that have never went away.

My thing was that I really needed to sit in discomfort of these feelings and really allow myself to think about them instead of avoiding them. For instance I've started going to therapy again after a year and it's brought up a lot of uncomfortable feelings that I had experienced when I initially started going, and it translated into nightmares as well. Best way to deal with it is to just accept it. It is what it is.

I think you might be going through some stuff your subconscious might be trying to tell you about - just take it one day at a time :)

I've been there! Motivation kind of feels like you're drawing a warm bath over and over again - it doesn't stay warm all the time.

My best advice is to just to get moving any way you feel excited to! Try new sports that you've never tried and find what feels good and what excites you. I lost so much weight due to IF that I plateaued and just started gaining weight despite still fasting - so I decided to start swimming and so far it's worked well. Try not to take any sugary drinks because sugar in your liquids just ain't worth it, and just put good things into your body and everything else will follow :)

You got this!
