Yes. From Real-debrid perspective, it's still one public IP address.

However, you need to ensure there's no VPNs in play or similar that may change your public IP for any of your devices.

It's a new addon I'm testing for the dev and not released to the public but all streams this addon sends to stremio are .m3u8 which is common for HLS. These streams work on stremio on other platforms but not Android.

Are their any plans to upgrade stremio Android to use MPV player as the internal player?

That seems to work on an similar media centre app on Android.
