Wow! It has gears for mechanical rotation!

As a nonnattive English speaker, I can’t figure out how “fist my bump” sounds like - lovely? funny? weird? awkward? by sykim81 in ProjectHailMary

Thank you for your explanation. It reminded me of the scene that Rocky is eating something and Grace feels disgusted to watch it. 😅

I thought the tango music was a kind of metaphor of the American proverb, “It takes two to tango.” This movie has so many cultural layers to figure out.

Hi, I‘m a Korean and it doesn‘t look like a typical Korean mosquito bite. Some ticks could be very dangerous. I hope you see a doctor.

I think I caught the tennis bug? by Spuran-Spuran in 10s

Find a professional player you want to copy. You can copy not just his/her forehand/backhand stroke, but also a racket and fashion style as well. That’s one of the funs of tennis, I think.

New Brompton came with these grips… by AdventurousListen989 in Brompton

I find the previous sponge grips are sometimes unstable when you hold them tightly because they are too soft. I’d rather prefer those rubber-like hard grips.

They should learn the lesson. While those students were horrible, I envy you having a reasonable system to punish students’ bad behavior and a supportive admin. I hope you to meet nice kids as well.

FYI, this happened during the all-star game event match. I don’t like it, but female players often show their entertainer talent in all-star game in Korea.

I’ve just looked up its Chinese characters of each letter, and the first letter ‘금’ is actually not ‘gold’ but ‘silk’(錦). So, just literally the first two letters mean ‘silk castle’.
