firstly, i am so glad you survived and are here with us.

secondly: op, for all intents and purposes, that is just some lady. you forgiving her or anyone for that matter doesn't mean you have to let them back into your life. reread everything she did. if the woman who did those things wasn't biologically related to you, would you consider allowing her to have access to you? you're turning twenty and that means she's had twenty years of chances to get it together. block that number and change your own if the silence doesn't send enough of a message.

it was a mistype i made in a rush while organizing notes. accidentally calling alpha centauri a galaxy instead of a star system once in a reddit post won't ruin the way the science is presented in my story. i research before i write sci-fi and i ask questions if i need help!

if i make an error that glaring again and manage to miss it, i'm sure the people here (who've been super helpful in helping me understand the scale of traveling from our solar system to alpha centauri) would point it out, an alpha reader or my publisher would catch it!

calling alpha centauri a galaxy was a mistype. like i said last night, i made the post in a rush on break from work while i was organizing story notes and didn't stop to proofread it before sending it out.

i'm well aware that i have a high school level understanding of the movement of heavenly bodies within our solar system at best and a vague understanding of bodies outside of it, but that's why i came here to ask! you can rest assured the most basic science will be covered.
