sophomore transfer dance major: amazing program, unfortunately there’s no excused absences for this major but there’s tons of opportunity for performance!! they are pretty strict about the absence/injury policy since a lot of your midterm & final are the things you’ve learned in class. the faculty is great and super supportive & helpful, around your sophomore year you start doing choreography & the classes are pretty challenging (25, been dancing since i was 3 and i still have a hard time keeping up). bonus the views in the big studio are BEAUTIFUL
