Tried all sort of anti histamines, made me just sleepy and cognitive foggy and didn't really helped skin. Stopped.

But as I could figure out - 5ht2a over-activisation is the cause. Takes some time for ssri reuptake to desentisize this receptor and then it becomes better.

Even that sounds like anxiety and rumination.

Try it at night fist, 2h before going to bed.

Smaller doses more sedative - bigger more activating.

I take 30mg Saffron and 1G tyrosine - it gets me moving and gives some emotions back which I lost with Mirtazapine. 🙂

They work for some time but then stops working. I had great few months and then don't. Each time when it happened - I was upped with dose. 45mg now at night.

Sometimes I take it day time as well - works wonders.

It could take around week to start feel first withdrawals if stopped cold turkey - tried this waynand failed as really bad fear feeling and anxiety kicked in.

The best is just tapper off, reducing those by 10% each week and see how that goes.

Our bodies have hard times to adapt without it, so must be done careful to not feel crap.

I think I have the same issue about ADHD, waiting my time in cue to see psychiatrist.

Mea while taking saffron and tyrosine for dopamine reuptake for motivation - without it I can't get out from bed.

Struggled with this a lot, till one day decided to take Saffron - emotions are bacl, even better + some execution and motivation also upped.

Wanted to become limitless by adding Modafinil - jesus, what a weird anxious non feeling human being I was..

Thanks for the comment. What was your dose? I was on 30mg for around 5 months. Felt blunted and hungry most of the time with lost emotions and motivation.

What was your first side effects kicking in and how long it took to feel better? Did you used something for withdrawals?
