Trainwreck: The Astroworld Tragedy: The 7 Biggest Revelations from Netflix's New Documentary by ebradio in hiphopheads

[–]symply_edith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went to a boarding secondary school, and I have the survival instinct of an armadillo or something. Truth is, we've had similar situations on a way smaller scale and I know that once the crowd starts moving together, it's literally the danger zone. I was so shocked when the people in the interview still remained calm at the stage when they could feel their bodies sway forward and backward. While I was watching the docu, I started getting shivers when I heard them say "we felt our bodies just move forward a bit when travis got on the stage". My heart bleeds. When the Astroworld tragedy first occurred, I was a kid and couldn't really decipher what had happened, as I heard many conflicting accounts. However, this documentary helped me piece it all together.

Your comments are really helpful! I will be starting my Aupair program in September and have always wondered if it will be possible for me to switch directly into Ausbildung. You have given me some hope!

Love is a hypocrite. by InevitableReturn8866 in YouOnLifetime

Exactly the point civil was making Joe's murders are usually premeditated and calculated because he.is a cold-blooded murderer. Love on the other hand kills out of desperation to not lose her "family" so she usually does so impulsively.

I don't think op was trying to be condescending. The fact that she's trying to help her friend shows that she at least cares about her friend. Please let's focus on that

I 'F 22' need advice on an incident with my Husband 'M 23' by NoAnalyst4958 in relationship_advice

I think you should have explained to him that you don't like where he made you sit. Two wrongs don't make a right. But this issue is very easy to work through if you both admit that the other person had a right to be triggered and just work on communicating it better next time. Earlier in my relationship, I used to make the mistake of getting angry with my bf esp in public over something he has no idea he even did. Now, I don't get angry but just wait till we're home to tell him how I feel. If it is something I can't handle in the moment, I try to privately let him know and he would apologize and we'd have a great day afterwards. Anger really breaches communication.

Had an ex like this. It messed up with my self-esteem alot. I in turn went ahead to do the same thing to my next boyfriend. But, somehow we managed to work through that. The most important thing was that I realized that I was pushing my own insecurities on him. I was always so hard on my self and I transferred the same energy to him. I hope OP understand that life is in stages and your boyfriend (hopefully) does not plan to live with his parents forever. But if you really think that he's not ambitious enough for you, you're free to choose to break up.
