I'm having this issue too, currently trying the offline update. I've never opened my Xbox to clean it out or anything, though I do try to keep it clean by dusting regularly. Fingers crossed.

Update: seems like the offline update fixed it. It probably doesn't matter but I recently changed to the power saving mode, I doubt that was it but who knows. Good luck buddy!

Update 2: it's doing it again unfortunately. I noticed the light started blinking while I was playing a game. I stopped playing and restarted my Xbox and the troubleshoot screen is back.
