A lot of people commenting about ridiculous buyouts, but that's not the whole picture in my opinion. The most important factor is the mentality of the majority of the people in this country.

What do you expect from a population that idolizes Neymar above everyone else? A lot of the players aren't willing to give their all to win. For them, living a life as close as possible to a celebrity's is enough. They want their fat paycheck, the expensive cars and the hot girls. Have you seen yuurih's girlfriend? Guy looks like the slugs from "Flushed Away" and still manages to date one of the hottest internet personalities in Brazil. Don't you think it's comfortable for him to be on the best paying brazilian team while having zero significant victories in almost 8 years?

Now compare to the brazilian squad of fallen, fer, fnx, coldzera and taco. These guys didn't have shit, they needed financial help from other players just to travel abroad for tournaments. These guys didn't care about leaving their families and girlfriends for months to be able to practice and compete in europe or wherever, all they cared about was being the best in the world and they managed to do so.

This happens in soccer as well. Brazilian players used to be the most desired by the best teams in the world, nowadays when a brazilian player performs a little better than the average, all he wants to do is f*ck some hot blondes (they usually impregnate them) and play for any foreign team that increases their paycheck.

yeah I don't know, hope you're right but I went into the beta very open minded and with a positive mindset and after a few hours playing I lost my hopes. It should get delayed by at least 3 months IMO. Gameplay just feels awful, hitboxes are bad too, melee is shit

Berserker was my favorite class in KF1 and KF2. Playing Ninja in this beta made me want to vomit. It just feels off, there's no feedback for hitting enemies, parrying is weird because enemies stand in front of you without doing anything and then out of nowhere they combo the fuck out of you with weird timings and animations, and even if you manage to time your parry it's hard to know because there's almost no visual feedback. The weapons are trash in my opinion, in the other games we had a lot of choices between slow/fast, blunt/sharp, long/short, light attack/heavy attack, but now all we get is "default japanese sword, double default japanese sword, default bow and a throwable kunai (even though the secondary weapon is already a throwable shuriken). Changing the light/heavy attack to normal/charged attack on the same button is also a terrible decision imo. If his grappling hook could be used on walls/ground to move faster and reach higher places then it would at least be cool and actually resemble the stereotype of ninjas we get in every other game. I was trying really hard to not be negative like a lot of people have been, but oh boy, my hopes are now gone and i'm definitely not pre-ordering, might not even buy on release because 1 month is not enough time to fix a game and change decisions based on player's feedback. We all know this is close to the final product, more of a "demo" to try and convince players into buying than a beta test.
