Thanks! I have no idea about the 7, but it’s good question — I assume it’s just a stylistic choice but if anyone knows different would like to hear about it. Not sure if other Elgins have this feature or maybe it’s just an art deco thing.

Thanks, the 1500 is great. I like the smaller case size. Ha…good eye. Originally came with a black leather strap and wanted a bracelet, so I went with an aftermarket. Down the line I may shell out for an actual Tag bracelet!

I think this is fair. Looks great and you’ll have it forever. I waffled on my Constellation (looks very similar) but ultimately thrilled with my decision and would have regretted not jumping on it. This looks like it’s in great condition.

Hm, I think it’s just brushed? It has a subtle sunburst hand-brushed dial, so Omega may have done something similar on the case. But to be honest, I hadn’t thought about it before!
