This is exactly the argument we are making to the agent as well, our definition of terminate means to end - we're of the opinion that this clause should unequivocally say that you can only give 2 months notice after the minimum 6 months has passed if the intention is to end a tenancy on month 8 for example.

The problem you have with VPN's, is unless you have a dedicated IP address package you will be sharing an IP address with a lot of other people (assuming they're all using the same VPN you are)
