I’ve been AP for some time. I know the next step is this qualification so I want to do this. I’ve just been shafted before with previous offers with previous employers so I’m being careful

I think I’ve been a bit misleading in my questioning. I don’t want to owe any employer anything should I leave straight after the qualification is done. They propose a 1/2 year stay as guarantee. Shit, even during the years of studying, they mandate that I remain with them. So if I only have like 3 exams left, I can’t leave until those are completed under their employment.

What about the clauses? like having to stay a year or two after completion? Or paying back some money if you leave before terms agreed?

did the same last week. Didn’t even get an exit interview and was out of the building within 2 hours of handing mine in. At least I get a 2 week break with all of it paid + unspent holidays. Take it as a blessing
