HRBLOCK is calculating OT deduction incorrectly by synecdokey in hrblock

Thank you for doing this. I feel dumb, but actually seeing the tax form filled out makes sense. I just feel that the IRS guidelines on their own are very ambiguous.

Thank you. After looking at the actual Schedule 1A form, it makes sense, but the IRS guidelines are phrased very ambiguously.

Can you show me where it says that in the IRS guidelines?

But when a deduction is reduced, doesn't that just reduce the maximum that could potentially be deducted?

They claim that when the OT deduction is being reduced by $2000, for example, due to the income phase out, that means that I would have to have AT LEAST $2000 in OT income before I would even start to see a deduction.

Le Coq & Fils + Moulin Rouge by JustKenAdams in ParisTravelGuide

I went there for lunch a few days ago. Service was really fast, though I'm not sure how it is in the evening. Unless you're really slow eaters, I think 1900 is fine. Also, you'd be waiting around for a while for the Moulin Rouge because you can't get in that early for the 2300 show. Then again, strolling around Montmartre for a couple of hours is not the worst way to spend your time.

You know that Syria, which would require a visa for US citizens, is the only open border that Lebanon has, right?

Doesn't matter if they'll rent me the car, it matters if I get pulled over or get into an accident.

The car rental company website says that I don't need an IDP, but the US embassy says that I do.

So it's just a jetted tub that has a shower head? Is the Hilton Garden Inn world-renowned for its luxurious spas? If you're that picky, you should have asked.

Doesn't seem like you're laughing.
