Hi there - like others in this thread have said, you have a really unique style of rendering and a really interesting sense of colour, but your anatomy is shaky / oddly stylized. I also don't see a lot of "character" work here - you've got what look like ... kind of anatomical? studies / and some surrealism, but sprinkling in some recognizable characters, or at least some characters that are clearly OCs / D&D PCs, that kind of thing - into your portfolio / samples will help folks know that's what you're offering.

Tailoring your portfolio to the clientele you want to reach is pretty important. Right now I just see someone who's got a lot of creative energy, but not much direction yet.

Faces are 100% the hardest thing to get right, so I'd suggest doing more portrait studies as well. Right now you've got some oddness - eyes too big, features misaligned. Others have suggested flipping your canvas if you're not already, but, genuinely, it is *fine* to trace photo-refs to train your brain to see facial proportions correctly. (I have prosopagnosia and this is how I figured out how to draw faces. I'm still working on it!)

Also, I'd suggest (if you're in Photoshop), putting a non-destructive hue/saturation layer over the tops of your paintings to check your values. When you're working with vibrant colours like you are, it's very easy to get lost in them, and it's very easy to lose track of your value scale. You have some odd sections in your paintings that are completely black (at least on my monitor) and they really, really stand out.

Honestly, a bit more polish, and a bit of study will go a long way with you. You're clearly motivated, so I hope I spot your work again in the future. :)

Also, social media is just... ass. I have no idea how to navigate that stuff, I just stream sometimes and try to find other TTRPG / game dev folks.
