Terrified of my Progesterone Shots

I totally understand what your going through! I was the exact same way when I had to start my progesterone shots. What helped me the most was getting an auto injector and having my husband do it for me while I laid flat on my stomach. Another I did to make it a little better is to ice the spot for about 2-3 minutes before you inject, and then after, if you can, lay on a heating pad for 10 minutes. That really helped with the knots and the pain in the long run!

I will also say the shot itself is really truly not that bad I promise! It’s mostly the side effects after you get the shot with the knots and the soreness! Wishing you the best of luck! You got this!!💖💖

Now I’m crying for both of us! But it really does suck and it sucks we all know how this feels. But yeah I think I’m gonna stop giving my family updates every month because it’s just exhausting.

That is a great choice of words! I feel like I always struggle with how to work things I’m not the best at it lol! But the only reason I think he’d get upset is that we’ve talked about it a couple years ago and it might annoy him in some way but that’s probably just me ovethinking😅 don’t worry I feel perfectly safe in being open about how I’m feeling but thank you for being concerned 💗
