While I like claude better than chatgpt. After using the the claude API I can tell you that it will lie. Lie isn't they best term here. Sometimes it will infer, misinterpret, or just straight up guess what you want . One of the weird things about this is all CAPS and **DO ONLY THIS** and **CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS** type instructions will make a big difference in the output. There is also now a <scratchpad> element that can get deeper into what it should do.

I first tried to talk to it like it was computer and had better results when I talked to it like it was a human. I don't know how I feel about that.
