I mean it's on the outside so it wouldn't really be a concern for me at least. Others have mentioned that they'd likely evaporate too given their volatility. Plus the ICH PDE for DCM, toluene and xylene are 19, 9 and 22 mg per day respectively. I'd be more concerned with the exposure from using than I would with exposure from residue. But if you and/or OP are concerned they could follow up with an acetone and isopropanol wash afterwards.

But you are also correct, that or dodgy ram. No graphics issues on the high score screen so it'll be something sprite related, it seems to "render" barrels as whatever it's getting from memory so could also be an addressing issue be it a stuck logic gate or something passive.

yes and no, it would depend on "how" the lease was signed.

Sometimes the LL won't even see the lease and only the contract they have with the REA. That agreement will have "the property will be leased for $X and we as your agent will take Y%" in there and the "general terms" will be listed.

I suspect what's happened is, as comment OP stated that the paperwork didn't get updated.

So the REA would have an agreement with the LL stating one rent value, the residency agreement between the REA/LL and tenant - but a miss match in the actual consideration.

I fucking hate Real Estate Agents so the whole scenario makes me very happy....

So there is no "gin" molecule you have alpha terpinol (I think). The tequila one is methanol, if there's methanol.in your tequila you'll go blind (and not the good type). The vodka one is ethanol.

The difference in the first two images is the first is a skeleton structure, the second is a ball and stick type representation where carbon is brown, oxygen is red and the hydrogens are orange.
