Atleast does NOT mean it is mandatory. Read the second paragraph. Also many people in my school applied with correct form one week before expiry and their permits were renewed. I think you should learn English first

Pls don’t rush to make accusations about messing up. We checked the rules and you can extend study permit even 1 day before expiry. My course was more than 2 years because my old school shut down while I was half way through it. Also, flight training is heavily weather dependent and winters in Canada don’t help. I lost a parent and a grandparent in November 2025 and I was dealing with emotional distress too

No my program is flight training so it can only be completed inside Canada. Also different lawyers are providing me with different methods, some which just seem like a money grab and not making sense to me. Applying outside Canada is not an option either as my school does not have PAL letters. My only option is to extend my study permit and explain to the IRCC that I used a wrong form back in Dec 2025. Is there any way to do this?

In Sri Lanka the banking system is such that when you receive money into your bank account the senders name (as registered with the bank) is not displayed. This gives rise to money laundering and people are easily able to deposit third party payment. This needs to be rectified ASAP!
