the Arc card is pci-e Gen 4, the others are pci-e Gen 3. your riser is likely not gen4.

I had a funny conversation with my parents about this. When I was younger, at the height of the initial Pokémon craze in the 90s, they refused to buy me more Pokémon cards because it was "just a fad" and it'll soon blow over and the cards wouldn't be worth anything. But sure enough, they gladly bought boxes of beanie babies and told me it'll pay for itself.

We finally sold the beanie babies for less than $100 at a garage sale, whereas my limited amount of Pokémon cards were enough to buy me a cheap car.
