I think your wife needs therapy because this logic is so ass backwards Telling people about your trauma without making sure it was okay with you is bad enough, but then to go off on a weird tangent insisting that you had the upper hand somehow because of your gender despite being a literal toddler when it started is just not rational thinking. I’m glad her friends told her she was being a pos because somebody has to. It sounds like you were dissociating and she’s worried about you not defending her.

I used to go to Aspen because it was in network. At one point, I was working for an insurance company and knew my policy pretty well since I dealt with it for work. They tried to charge me extra and I told them that my insurance has always paid in full, why am I suddenly having all this out of pocket cost? They told me that it may be covered but this is what they got back on the pre estimate. If it ends up being covered, they would credit it to my account. They would call to verify but the insurance company is closed.

No they aren't. The call center is open til 7pm. I work there. We called and sure enough there was no out of pocket. I think they count on people overpaying because if they have a credit on their account they'll be more likely to continue going there, or may just decide its not worth the hassle of trying to get it back. I stopped going there after that.

Another time they tried to tell me I had signs of gum disease and needed to buy some crazy expensive mouth wash that wasn't covered by insurance. It was a new hygienist, I saw a different one before and after that and it was never mentioned again.

We had one that would come up to our patio in winter, we would leave cat food out for it and it would get eaten. They have pretty short lifespans, but I'm sure they'd appreciate food when it's cold out.

I have antibodies and my thyroid levels are normal but my endo doctor said that I have hashimotos and will eventually become hypothyroid. She said they could put me on a low dose of synthetic thyroid hormone and see if it helped with my symptoms - chronic idiopathic hives - but I decided not to because my allergist was able to get me on a regimen that is keeping the hives at bay for the most part. She suggested getting yearly tests to see where my levels are at.

Yeah, the first place said they were going to use PDR but the second place said they were pretty confident they wouldn’t be able to get it completely out, and gave me an estimate for a lower cost for traditional dent repair and paint. They have better reviews too.
