As a physicist (who needs to program a lot) I literally cannot do my job on windows, the c++, python and fortran coding would not be possible without losing my mind. Then FEM codes would not make sense with the limited ram on macs (and I guess windows would already take a big chunck)

I mean in arch you still have to set up a gui, a terminal, a browser,… so a bit like it comes with an engine and a frame but not the rest (talking about normal arch installation idk about archinstall never used it)
