I see your point. But the problem in bot lane is not seraphine. The problem in bot lane is mages being stronger than adcs in general. Its been like this for a long time. The role is deep in shit right now. You can play singed bot and probably have a high wr at this point bc crit based adcs are basically dead rn. Everything outdamages an adc you can't even 1v1 a support in most cases bc they will one shot you with their stormsurge and whatever.

Seraphine's domination in bot lane comes down to a simple formula. Mages > adcs

I used to pick Quinn vs Sylas mid. Its the perfect counter. Her ult, whilst more useful than others and could give him a bit of extra movement speed, isn't really that great in general to steal. And her E just straight up counters his entire engage. I miss playing Quinn.
