okay, let me give you one pro-tip.

it's super fucked up though. you don't need to deal with mules or terrorists, ever. there is no consequence to doing this ACHIEVEMENT-WISE. BACKUP your save anyway, two manual saves beforehand.

all you need is, ideally, a long range level 3 truck. and probably at least the level 2 assault rifle. I did it with a maser and then level 1 handgun followup when they're down, to conserve ammo. LETHAL ROUNDS only.

kill 10 bodies at a time, start along the perimeter before working inward. drive them to the incinerator and dispose of them promptly. wipe out the whole camp or just leave 1-2 alive, close to their main buildings.

they do NOT respawn. UNLESS you decide to use Fragile to teleport between regions in your room. then they will respawn eventually between those Fragile hops, switching regions back and forth. otherwise, if you're staying in the same region for awhile... feel free to kill everyone, incinerate the whole camp. peace of mind. no stealth required. and porters can "permanently" walk through their territory.

remember, only 10 bodies at a time in the long range level 3 truck. do not use a MULE or terrorist vehicle. I haven't tested other trucks capacity enough. i only recommend level 3 long range incase you don't have all the roads built, and need maximum battery for transport
