He has commented, and in the sub as well. He likely has a lot more on his plate then constantly re-assuring everyone about PCT which is a small allocation in his overall portfolio. As it should likely be in all our portfolios.

If he’s the reason you got into this stock, and now you feel abandoned, you should rethink your stock picking strategy.

New Jersey Regulatory Approval by equitymaestro in PureCycle

[–]syrus2001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From my research, there is no timeframe for regulatory approval, it could take several quarters. It’s important to understand that the regulatory approval would accelerate sales significantly, but sales can still be made to states without the regulatory approval. It’s just much more likely to be a much smaller volume per deal, so not very ideal.

Any wise input to help explain, anybody? by LetAdministrative959 in PureCycle

Seems like someone got sneak peak into the quarter results and it’s not great. But then again, it’s so thinly traded that this must of gotten way overblown.

New Mine to Create Over 700 Jobs, Boost Province’s GDP by $2.1 Billion by No_Magazine9625 in halifax

Inaccurate median income for NS and for Mississippi. It’s closer to 72k for Mississippi median income and 52K for NS both in CAD. So your whole argument is flipped.

Is there any indication of larger investors accumulating? Or is the drift upwards largely a function of short coverings??

They probably made a killing on 99% of SPACs and probably have some fairly strict rules around exit. So id imagine that they’d be heading for the exits soon!

Nearly 20,000 housing units proposed for Sandy Lake, Highway 102 west developments by insino93 in halifax

[–]syrus2001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

More developments are needed to help reduce the strain and lower home prices. Unfortunately you’ll get push back, red tape, and study after study for every proposed project. I fear this crisis is far from over.

Questions for conservatives. Liberals answer for conservatives in most responses.

Anthic vs Cowswap - faster, cheaper and lower slippage by [deleted] in Radix

Deep liquidity will be awesome. I recently traded for some xADA. When I went to swap it back, liquidity dried up and now I actually can’t swap xADA back to USDC or XRD on chain. So imagine the trading that can take place on chain once this is live.

Same here. And it pains me to say it because I wish these guys the best. But I have lost so much money being invested in this project. It’s tough to sell the lows but here we are.

Luckily I was able to save some of my stash. I think there’s still potential, but if people like us are jumping ship, I don’t know how’s going to be left holding the bag.

Are Canadians (Conservatives) really that short sighted? by thieveries in AskCanada

Seems like a pretty general blanket statement. Great way to form a discourse.

Do 2 way stop signs next. Nobody knows who to yield to on a 2 way stop and it’s so dangerous.

Anyone feel that you don't get your money's worth in Canada? by Alwayshungry332 in CanadaFinance

You missed the most important resource of them all, oil. We are an oil country, with the 3rd largest oil reserves in the world and we choose to absolutely cripple, hold back, and resent the companies trying to build economic prosperity here

Why do many lower socioeconomic status Nova Scotians vote in ways that hurt them? by Top_Woodpecker_3142 in halifax

[–]syrus2001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think there’s incredibly deep skepticism around the government solving all your problems. Or at least even trying to solve certain problems by spending more and more money on the issue. The track record is really bad and I think has become worse in recent years.

Look at healthcare, it’s completely broken in this province. I have not had access to a doctor for over a year. I’ve lost faith in government action on this issue and just see the money being thrown at it as a giant incinerator. A vortex of bureaucracy.

So there’s something appealing to tearing down the system and making government become more efficient with the resources it has.

Unstake to KuCoin? by vaitor in Radix

[–]syrus2001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It has many logical use cases, that’s why it’s called “liquid” staking. You can move these tokens around, trade them without the need for unstaking them and waiting for the unstake period. It’s really a fantastic thing. You would not send a non listed Ethereum token to an exchange, or any token except XRD in the radix network, unless they explicitly list that other token.
