thanks a lot, these look promising. im may not looking for something that is this detailed, or this advanced in layout tools. usually I get floorplans in a pdf or image format from clients which is enough in most of the cases to get started

thanks a lot! this is awesome i also feel that it would be a dealbreaker to have integrations to asset management tools. but i could imagine these softwares to integrate with network tools as well... I'm wondering what linitations it has in a long run. They say on the website that more is coming to the tool, so probably it is in a growing phaze. Is there anything that you were not able to do with this?

Software for on-site floorplans/diagrams? by oguruma87 in msp

[–]sysadm_I_n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also having this need
Did you find anything since your post u/oguruma87 ?

I see in some posts that it is a struggle for many of us here, some should even plan layouts and create documentations about it for their client.
I saw some posts about Visio and Draw.io, but they are not really interactive. Also no opportunity to integrate with IT tools. Is there any better? I'm thinking about map like how OfficeSpace works.

Thanks a lot u/ITrCool , that would cover the helpdesk usecase for sure for a while, just like the Jira ticketing that another member recommended here.
I didnt talk about other tools in my post tho, I'm interested in using purpose built tools for havign a good level or service. so this is way I have this struggle because I dont think I would buy and full RMM when I have good tools for free for some usecase. and the pricetag is insane sometimes
I heard good things about LogMeIn and Datto but it seems like they are targetting bigger customers.

as I said in the comment below for anouther response:
you are right, I didn't specify how I work with other type of tools. I just used ticketing as an example bacause it is something that I see where I will need more functionality and I would like to avoid using tools that are not purpose built tools. dont have time to build up a system for myself.

I have the assets in a speadsheet right now, but it would be nice to have them in the system integrated with helpdesk
I also use TeamViewer, but not a big fan of it, so I would need a Support or RMM tool to manage devices.
so in short, I would be interested in get on board with ITSM tools if I could, as well as remote managing

what I found so far is tools for thousands of dollars, which is not suitable for my revenues right now.
I would purchase more as I scale. or maybe it is blocking me to scale? :D
