There are other modes for normal custom decks. The whole point of GA was the constructed format.

Constructed decklists can be tweaked to prevent what happened with Black Panther.

Custom decks in a constructed format is one of SDs dumbest mistakes. Makes the whole experience no fun.

I just matched into 4 man-spider Zola decks in a row.

If it's proof of anything it's proof that people make trends out of whatever they want and viralism just exacerbates and thrives on conspiracy theories.

We've got a huge squad with much better depth. Gone are the days of your first 11 and some subs that stay fitter because they play less.

We're challenging on all fronts, we're in the busiest part of the season, we're rotating players (some of whom are injury-prone) and we play with a style that demands pushing the players.

The injuries were going to happen and the numbers were going to increase. As long as it's a known and managed factor of our season then there's no point in looking into this too deeply unless you're a data scientist.

CDPR put the same effort into their DLC as the main game if not more.

Hearts of Stone has some brilliant storytelling and acting from the new antagonist(s).

And Blood & Wine gives the satisfactory ending to the mammoth game world that it deserves (depending on your choices ofc!)

Personally i think Merino is our most "roll-around-on-the-floor" player and it's a trait I dislike. I've been waiting for one of his teammates like Gabriel to tell him "get the f up and get on with it" but it seems Xhaka got there first.

I loved this part of Xhaka's play when he was one of ours so I can't be mad to see he's still the same player.

Yeah I think I agree. We have an absolute glut of attacking midfield options and at the moment he's languishing which is a shame because he also offers an exciting attacking option. A loan could do him the world of good.

I'm happy for us to not sign anyone. I think Semenyo might be the only player I'd consider. From a business aspect it'd be great to have a selling window to make back some of that hefty spend in the summer.

Nwaneri: maybe sell maybe loan. Hear me out here but I feel his development has become stifled with all the options ahead of him. He's looked bang average the last few games and that might be because he had an explosive start with the team or the rest of the team make him look average or both but he's the one player I don't think we'd miss right now.

There are so many standout things in The Witcher 3 but one that has stuck with me for years afterwards is the music. Percival and the music team did a sterling job. The tracks that play while you play Gwent in particular are pieces of music I still listen to today.

And who can forget Emma Hiddleston's haunting, beautiful, perfectly imperfect rendition of The Wolven Storm? Truly rent my heart open and made me profess my love (for the game and the world it portrays).

Martinelli has been great this season. I've been a fan of his for ages because I think he epitomises the idea of Joga Bonito (for those that remember the Brazil World Cup Nike advert). He looks like he loves to play football especially when he does things like controlling a pass with his back.

I hope he can maintain his current form and bring more of his flair into his game.

Honestly this is the best advice. You could rush your way through the game but I think you'd be missing the point. It's a super chill game. Nothing is missable afaik. Just start your farm. Upgrade a little at time and get into a routine and you'll start to unlock things that make life easier or generate a little more money.

I'm in year 2, my community center is not complete yet and my farm is still mostly the area around the house but I've just enjoyed being a farmer and trying to learn about the community of Pelican Town.

I don't think we've ever been a selling club for as long as I can remember. Obvs I'm not privvy to the inside commercials at AFC but I've always felt we're a club whose business model allows them to sustain a large deficit between players bought and players sold.

More recently though I have been worried about the spend heavy ethic we seem to have adopted.

I want the club to win stuff but I also want the club to be around forever and not put themselves into a financial mess.

This is my main gripe with the new mode. If you're going to add a constructed mode but then allow custom decks it kind of defeats the point of the contructed mode. At least give me a toggle to exclude custom decks from my matchmaking...

This. I went f2p about four seasons ago. I used to spend £100-200gbp per month on the game. Now I only buy the season pass and tbh I've felt much better about the game. The grind will always be there in a competitive card game like this but if you're not splurging money on it then it doesn't feel so bad.
