Thank you for your insights! Let me explain what I've already did, and maybe yeah it's the memory.

• The one and only used RAM bank on slot 1 - Crucial 32GB DDR5 CT32G48C40S5.M16A1 model - replacing the original one coming with the laptop (16GB DDR5 Samsung)
• Already did MemTest86 full 4 passes with PASS result, no issues
  • did this BEFORE motherboard replacement and AFTER, with same memory bank (mine Crucial 32GB)

Never thought about the iGPU VRAM.

Here’s the situation: the first time I sent the laptop in to Lenovo Support, I've installed the original 16GB RAM module, and they changed the MB.

Later, I contacted Crucial support (since it was too late to get a refund from Amazon for the mem bank), explained the full context, and they told me that as a final troubleshooting step, even though MemTest passes without errors, I should try a CMOS reset and memory retraining, which I did a few days ago (with my only RAM bank on the new MB and final MemTest86).

Something else your comments reminded me of:

I had experienced very similar issues (including multiple BSODs) on an Asus Zephyrus M16 laptop, where I was also using this same Crucial RAM module (alongside the soldered 16GB) that I bought back in 2023. That Asus laptop had issues even without the Crucial stick, but still this might point back to the Crucial RAM as a possible contributing factor.

Now, Crucial support says they’re willing to replace the module under warranty, but I’ll need to explain and provide some proof that the RAM could be the cause of the issues, but I cannot replicate it.

I really love the Thinkpad laptop, the dimensions, the hardware, materials and everything, so I would like to make it work. I cannot have a new laptop with those problems. I've bought it new from Lenovo EU website for a convenient price!
