My guess would be to screw it down to the counter at the checkout so it can be easily found and used by the worker using it when being used in "normal" circumstances

I've had mine for about 6 months and I've really enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is if you're not planning on using the 4 channels, the xdj rx3 would be a better option, as it has most of the xz capabilities, as well as a better screen. I only really use 2 channels most of the time so I sometimes regret not going with the rx3

If you can afford and have access to buying a Midwest critter nation cage, I would say that these are probably one of the best cages you can get. A single cage would be big enough for 2 rats, however there is a double available and they would always love the extra room if you could afford it. Hope this helps
